To pay by scanning a QR Code, you must access the app on your mobile phone from your bank or financial institution, enter the payments area with Pix and select the option “Scan QR Code” and point the camera at the QR Code . After scanning the QR Code, the purchase information will appear. If they agree with your purchase details, click on “Confirm”. Your payment will be finalized.

To pay through “Pix Copia e Cola”, you must access the application on your cell phone, Internet Banking or go to a 24-hour teller of your bank or financial institution, enter the payment area with Pix and select the option “Pix Copy and Paste” and enter the transaction code. After reading the Code, the purchase information will appear. If they agree with your purchase details, click on “Confirm”. Your payment will be finalized.
